One way to get a feel for the culture of an independent school is to follow them on social media. Most the top independent schools in Oxfordshire and Berkshire have twitter accounts and increasingly also a presence on Facebook and Instagram. The social media updates give you a feel for what’s important to them, what they want to share and lots of great achievements. You’ll find that some schools really focus on their sporting achievements or academics while others have a strong family feel. If you don’t fancy scouring all the social media platforms (like we do at Red Kite Days), then just have a look at our snapshot of the top stories.
Latest news from the top independent schools in Berkshire and Oxfordshire will be shared here and regularly updated. If you’re looking for the next open morning event dates at the top private day and boarding schools, we have a handy guide for that too as well as featured schools.
If you are want to search for primary, secondary and special needs schools and colleges near you, and check their performance. You can view and download exam and test results as well as Ofsted reports from the official government website.
