WONDER WOODS HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH TUMBLESTONE HOLLOW.
It’s the absolutely amazing new adventure playground at Stonor Park – CLICK HERE for the recent review as the one below is for the old play park.
If you’re looking for a fab playground to visit, check out Wonder Woods playground at Stonor Park, near Henley. It’s closed over winter but opens up again around Easter time (check the website before you go).
You need to pay to go but if you live nearby you could buy a season pass and there are also loyalty rewards on offer. It is a beautiful playground and you can also walk around the gardens at Stonor Park so it’s a lovely day out.
Younger children will love the super-soft sand and pumping water or letting their imagination run wild in the playhouse. There are rocking deer, a wibbly wobble dish, seesaw and slide too.
Older kids can try the twisty rope tangle. There’s also a 9m Pyramid Tower to climb and slide off, tree house, wavy slide, giant nest swing and spooky tunnel. There’s also a 50m zip wire for adventurous kids!
Parents can relax at the picnic tables and giant log benches. You can pick up food, drinks and snacks at the Pit Stop Cafe which has bathrooms, baby-changing facilities and high speed WIFI.
