Cinderella Family Panto at the Watersmeet Theatre (Rickmansworth) 25th May

Get swept away by one of the most enchanting fairy tales of all time – Cinderella. Full of side-splitting comedy, stunning sets, beautiful costumes and plenty of boos and hisses. So why not join in for a must-see magnificent adventure.

Starring Hollyoaks & Waterloo Road’s Ben-Ryan Davies as Prince Charming, as he decides to throw a ball in the search to find his princess, could it be Cinderella?


Fairytale at Audley End Railway  (Saffon Waldon) 25th May – 2nd June

Following the train ride, children can unleash their creativity by crafting a nature crown by using natural materials sourced from the forest – regal headdresses with leaves, twigs and grasses! And what’s a crown without a wand? Each little magician can craft their very own wand to cast spells and add a touch of magic to their day.


SENDsational Mornings at Tring Museum (Tring) 26th May FREE

SENDsational mornings offer children with neurodiverse conditions, including autism and other sensory processing difficulties, the chance to take part in activities and enjoy the galleries with their families and siblings away from the hustle and bustle of the general public. This event is best for children aged five to 15 and siblings are welcome.


MNJ Productions Presents – Exciting Science at the Watersmeet Theatre (Rickmansworth) 27th May


This Brand New and Exciting; Educational show will amaze, and astound all ages from 4 years and upwards, as they put the “Exciting” back into “Science”. (See what we did there!)

With fun and fact filled experiments, watch in amazement as we recreate a volcanic eruption; turn a vacuum cleaner into a missile launcher or take aim at you with our smoke blaster! So, stand clear and prepare for action, as this show is full of wiz, bang, pop …. And splurt.


Dino – Ventures half term fun at Willows Activity Farm (St Albans) 27th May – 2nd June 

Willows Activity Farm have a dino themed half term week.  There will be dinosaurs to meet, fossil finding fun in the giant sandpit, a Dino Hunt around the farm park with a certificate and Jurassic arts & crafts.


Milkshake Live on Holiday at Watford Palace Theatre (Watford) 1st June

Join your favourite Milkshake! friends on Holiday with Chase and Marshall from Paw Patrol, Dora, Pip and Posy, Blue from Blues Clues and You!, Milo, Milkshake! Monkey plus two of your Milkshake! presenters for an all-new adventure!

Pack your bags and jump aboard the Milkshake! train as we go on an all singing, all dancing holiday together! It’s a family show not to be missed!


Hertford Castle Cars at The Castle  (Hertford) 2nd June FREE

From 12pm-4pm, Hertford Castle will be running a FREE event all about cars. With over 60 exhibiting vehicles set within the picturesque grounds of Hertford Castle. There will be live music, food and drinks stalls, and the Castle open for the public to explore, there is something for everyone.


Capel Manor Gardens  Herts Heavy Horse and Country Show (Herts) 2nd June

The Herts Heavy Horse and Country Show promises to be a fantastic day out for all the family!

This exciting annual event is steeped in history and a wonderful opportunity to see the gentle giants of the horse world in action.
